Now that we’ve visiting beautiful Vancouver, Canada, and walked among the tree tops, are you up for bungee jumping, playing monkido, or flying on the zip line?
If you’re answer is yes, get yourself to Wild Play Nanaimo, in Nanaimo, British Columbia.
The bungee jump is an ankle-fastened leap off a treacle ending at a 150-foot drop. The jumping part sounds fun, but I don’t like the idea of hanging upside down. Guess it beats hanging by your neck.
The Primal Swing looks like tons of fun. You’re clipped into a paragliding harness and slung into an 150-foot abyss, reaching speeds up to 140 kms per hour. Forget about your hair.
The Monkido looks like it requires equal parts nerve and dexterity (and you’re tethered, should you have more of the former than the latter). It’s a set of ladders, swings, tight ropes, swinging logs and other contraptions, all high up in the trees, of course.
If all this is too much for you, you can always visit one of Vancouver’s beautiful beaches.
